Reservation Requirements:
A $300 Security Deposit is required to place a temporary hold on the unit. A reservation will be confirmed upon signing and return to the Management Company of the Lease Agreement. The Lease Agreement must be returned within two (2) weeks.
All money (Security Deposit, Rent and Taxes) must be received by the Management Company AT LEAST THIRTY (30) DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. If the unit is reserved less than thirty (30) days prior to arrival, full payment of all money is due at time of reservation. If the above is not followed the Management Company reserves the right to cancel the reservation. The Management Company
also requires a valid credit card on file with each reservation.
Check-in/out:
Check-in time is 4:00 pm, and check-out is 10 am.

Discounted Rates:
Discounted rates are available for stays of 4 consecutive weeks or more. Please request information on discounts at the time of reservation.
Rental Rates:
The above rental rates are subject to a combined State of Florida and County of Sarasota tax of 11%, for the length of the rented dates.
Rental Terms:
Rental of the unit includes the use of all amenities at the rates listed. Rates and fees are limited to the use of the unit and amenities only, and do not cover incidental charges such as: long distance calls, transportation or other charges. Bed and bath linens will be provided for the unit, at no additional charge.
*All Rentals must be for a minimum of 7 consecutive days. Additional consecutive days may be added at the listed day rate. Please request information on additional days at the time of reservation.
Rental Restrictions:
This is a non-smoking unit, and pets of any kind are not allowed. Children are welcome, and will be counted toward the maximum occupancy of the unit. Occupancy is limited to a strictly enforced maximum of 4 persons.
Reservation Policy:
Unit 1340 at Gulf and Bay Club Bayside is privately owned. To insure that your stay at our condominium is a pleasant experience we have retained a Management Company with a local presence to work with our tenants. The Management Company requires a signed Lease Agreement to reserve our unit. A Lease Agreement will be furnished to you by the Management Company.
Cancellation Policy:
Money, including Security Deposit, Rent and Taxes paid will be refunded if the Management Company receives written notice at least 60 days prior to commencement of the rental period. No monies collected will be refunded unless the unit is subsequently re-rented for the full period agreed to in the Lease Agreement. There are no refunds for early departure.
